We built our six pump models in 40L/12gal Air Grease Pump series to cover different industrial needs. Every model loads full grease barrels directly to cut maintenance downtime significantly.

WM-3840R (Basic): Runs 1.2L/min at 50:1 pressure ratio. Handles NLGI 0-3 lithium grease in shop vehicles and farm equipment – switch to NLGI 0-2 during cold months. Works with basic 0.17-displacement air compressors minimizes equipment investment.

WM-3840H (Cold/Hvy-Duty): Pushes 1.5L/min at 80:1 pressure for thick NLGI 3 and 300°C greases. We can use it on mining gear in freezing areas and port machinery running 24/7. Needs 0.25-displacement compressors.

WM-3842: 0.9L/min flow, 75:1 ratio, 40-50MPA output

WM-3843: Same flow, 80:1 ratio using small-piston tech

Both pump NLGI 3 grease well in factory production line while maintaining compatibility with cold area high-viscosity greases and various heat conditions.

WM-3846 (Batch Greasing): Moves 1.3L/min with large oil inlet sealing systems for faster joint greasing on construction vehicles. Remember don't use high-viscosity grease below freezing.

WM-3845 (economic): At 0.9L/min flow in lightweight body, it works for seasonal maintenance in small repair shop. Best with NLGI 0-3 grease where weather stays mild year-round.

The 280mm nylon piston suction disc adheres tightly, virtually eliminating grease waste. Pair it with our corrosion-resistant steel-wire-reinforced hose(optional 4/4.9/6/10m lengths) and you will get leak-proof reliability. How do we ensure clean, controlled grease flow? We integrated WYMA's oil-water separator, so moisture stays out of the oil delivery. The rotary pressure regulator gives you precise adjustment, dialing at 0.6-0.8Mpa easily with the intuitive gauge. Maintenance is simplified: just 2-3 drops of pneumatic tool lubricants into the inlet before and after each use, that's our tip for lasting durability. Do you need to greasing tough spots?
