Do you want to know how to easily integrate this pump into your spraying operation? Here's the operation guide for tubing connection when connecting this pump to the paint bucket:
You need to prepare wrenches or other connection tools. First, locate the suction port on the pump body. Run the feed pipe from here and immerse it into the paint bucket. Next, the return port on the pump should be connected back to the paint bucket using another hose. These two steps must not be reversed. Proceed to connect the fluid outlet of the pump to the fluid inlet of the spray gun. Another critical point: you will find an air outlet on the pump, which needs to be connected to the air inlet of the spray gun. Finally, attach the air supply hose from the air compressor to the pump's air inlet.
After completing the connections, adjust the air supply pressure from the compressor (though the appropriate pressure depends on the respective paint and spray gun models). Open the air valve, then start pulling the spray gun trigger. Once activated, paint delivery commences promptly—the entire process is responsive and smooth-flowing.

We build our Aluminium Alloy Air Diaphragm Pump to last. You'll find a complete 360-degree metal powder coating protecting its surface for long-term durability. The housing uses ADC12 pure aluminum formed in a 400-ton die-casting process. This method gives us crack-free housings that maintain their seal reliably over time. Inside, core parts incorporate German and American PU materials known for handling high pressure and resisting wear. And we make the air chamber from a precision high-pressure alloy because it delivers better air tightness, greater lift, and overall stronger construction for our customers. Correct and convenient maintenance matters for customer usage experience: Only need to drip 2 or 3 drops of pneumatic tool lubricants into the air inlet before and after use and then idle for a few seconds to complete the maintenance, so that the equipment can run stably for a long time.
